Great points on why having choice properties with choice tenants is the way to go. Seems like a lot less hassle than bad areas with bad tenants. You'll feel better about yourself knowing you are providing a quality product to well deserving people.
Simplified, maybe too simplified for folks who don't know how to follow through nor understand the value of systems in business. Valuable for disciplined folk. An outline, but enough of an outline to walk you through your first deal; fill it in with experience. Written when great buys were plentiful. Find a different marketing system to buy your good deal section 8 house.
I do not think this book is worth $15. If you want a good book on landlording and especially section 8 landlording then check out the Section 8 Bible volume 1 and 2. This book is a very fast read. He goes into very little detail about anything. He brings up a few good points though.
Not bad overall. Takes about an hour or two to read. An interesting take on Section 8, where his focus is on single family homes, so certainly makes you think about investment property strategies. I found it somewhat helpful, but already own properties, so the first half if the book on finding property wasn't especially useful for me. If you are kicking off your property investments... this could be helpful for you.

This is not a "lipstick on a pig, exploit the ghetto" type of guide so commonly found on this topic, today.
